Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn - Salem

A quick and honest take

I stayed for three nights and found the room spacious and clean, with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and even returned my husband's phone promptly. While the breakfast situation was a bit inconvenient-vouchers for a limited menu at Denny's-it didn't overshadow the pleasant experience overall.

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was large and comfy, beds were clean and so nice to sleep in. The bathroom had a sink as well as a sink outside bathroom. We used the pool and hot tub, as well as the fitness center. I was happy there was a small pool for my youngest child.

It was modern, luxurious and with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was generous and good hot and at Dennys coupons; the staff was consistently courteous! As for me, the location was great, just next door to the Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn as well as nearby brew pubs. Also, Camping Levesque was 4.4e+02 km away.

I had a wonderful 1-night stay! The large indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and I loved the complimentary breakfast coupon at Denny's-what a treat after a long day!

Bed was excellent, I slept so good on it. Room was very clean and toiletries were available all the time. Facility had everything I needed, guest landry, saunas and easy access to the freeway

The only thing I did not like was the checkout time. I prefer later time to enjoy the room more

Separate bedroom. Nice sized bathroom with a bath; extremely friendly staff. Perfectly comfortable location very close to a great Roth's Market, in the good area:)))

We had a wonderful time enjoying the indoor pool and the relaxing jacuzzi during our stay. The room was super comfy with fresh linens, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The only small drawback was the lack of breakfast options on-site. a discount at Denny's was decent, but a more diverse in-hotel choice would have been nice. 😊

The location was our bad. We were told it was across from the bowling alley. Not even close.

The decor was classy and inviting. The comfortable common areas allowed for easy socializing. The staff was always ready to lend a helping hand.

Strongly recommend this place and would return anytime. The hotel was clean with extremely spacious and huge rooms and polite staff. The location in a good area was marvellous and handy and there were a market and convenience stores nearby. There were central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave oven in the room, really enjoyed that.

Friendliness of staff, any request was addressed in short order.

Excellent Value with Great Amenities

The breakfast vouchers for Denny's next door made mornings hassle-free, and I appreciated the complimentary cookies and water provided upon check-in. I wish the pool hours were extended for a longer evening swim.

tge bed was broken and one side sloped severely toward the floor. The free breakfast was at Denny's next door and was horrible. I think they would be better off with a simple continental breakfast

We loved the beds (so comfortable) and the larger size of the room. There were two sinks in the bathroom which was a life saver as a mom with a teenage daughter. The room was very clean and fresh. They didn't offer continental breakfast, but gave us a voucher for Denny's, which had plenty of options. The hotel was peaceful, parking was free, and it easy to get to from the interstate - just what we needed after our long drive.
